It's late and I just got home from the hospital so I'll make this quick...I'll post more details tomorrow. :)
Mom made it through her port surgery just fine this morning. However, she was in recovery for FIVE hours because they were having a little trouble managing her intense pain and keeping her blood pressure from dropping so low. By 6:00 pm she was finally in a room and still hungry as a bear! She can't eat until tomorrow.
The surgeon's plan is to send her home tomorrow.
